Acupuncture & Dry Needling Therapy

Acupuncture & Dry Needling Therapy

My Acupuncture & Dry Needling Therapy is for anyone who feels stuck in a cycle of tight muscles, stubborn pain, or slow recovery and is ready for a more precise way to calm the body down and help it heal.

During your session, I may combine several evidence-informed needle approaches based on what your body needs that day. Dry needling allows me to target specific trigger points-those deep, tender knots that just never seem to release. By using very thin needles directly in these spots, I can quickly reduce muscle guarding, improve mobility, and often change pain on the table.

For broader pain relief or systemic issues, I use traditional acupuncture to support your body's natural healing responses. This can be especially helpful for headaches, chronic back or neck pain, stress-related tension, or digestive and sleep concerns. When appropriate, I incorporate electro-acupuncture, adding a gentle electrical stimulation to certain needles to heighten pain relief, support tissue healing, and relax muscles more deeply.

If you are an athlete or very active, I often structure acupuncture for sports recovery around your training and competition schedule. The focus is on reducing inflammation, speeding recovery between sessions, and helping your nervous system shift out of a constant "fight or flight" mode so your body can rebuild.

For stress, anxiety, or nervous system overload, auricular acupuncture (using points on the ear) can be a powerful way to quiet the system, support better sleep, and improve overall resilience.

All of this can be integrated with chiropractic and rehab when it makes sense, so your spine, joints, soft tissues, and nervous system are being supported together. The result is less pain, smoother movement, and a body that feels more like your own again.
